You guys need more cars
I’m love via, it’s been a life savor for me. I don’t have to spend 20-29 dollars per ride on Lyft or Uber to get to work. But it’s ridiculous that you guys expanded to midtown yet barely have any vehicles driving around. It’s taken me an hour in some cases just to book a ride
Routes Problem
You guys need to fix this. I have been using Via for awhile and every time I’ve book a ride so far, the Via has to past my stop to go to next stop and then have to come back to my stop. I should not be waiting for my stop for another 15 minutes or so. It’s unacceptable that you have to change my Via if I am already in a Via

Slow and unreliable
Minimum 30 mins for pick up time, and drivers cancel on you consistently. Will also send fake notifications about free rides.
$4 rides are nice but you WILL be late

Problem
No way to get discount with app. Should be able to scan id for seniors and disabled people.
Not worth the money and time
The app is really inaccurate, pickup time says in 10 minutes then picks me up in 30 minutes. Has happened multiple times, and been late to everything because of them. Pick up time has also went from 30 minutes to 1 minute away despite my checking the app frequently and it charged me when someone else rode under my name. Complete waste of money and time.
