Japanische Probleme
Wie an vielen Stellen in Japan funktioniert die App nur, wenn man auf dem Handy eine SMS empfangen kann. Da nahezu alle Touristen ihre Telefonnummer ausgeschaltet haben und eine reine Daten SIM nutzen (man bekommt keine Telefonnummer ohne Adresse in Japan), kann man die App nicht nutzen. Es entstehen einfach hohe Kosten, wenn man die heimische Nummer im Ausland nutzt.
Ich verstehe, dass eine App eine Verifizierung möchte. Warum das nicht z.B. über Line möglich ist, erschließt sich mir nicht.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your review. We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We're working to improve the registration process for phone numbers outside Japan in the future. Also, even if overseas customers can't complete SMS authentication, you can still create an account using an ID document, so please try this method.
Passport verification doesn’t work
As said above, horrendous. Have never seen it as bad in any other app. What a joke. Completely unusable app.

Unreliable
I had a driver literally in front of me on the Go app map tracker and they ditched me. So barely was able to catch my $100 scheduled train because of this VERY POOR SERVICE. Luckily my second driver was good. Not impressed.

First trip
First time I use the app and the first time I rode in a go taxi. A driver was very courteous nice polite would definitely use again.
