Too good and too helpful
I lost my AirPod and cannot seem to find it but the operator and the taxi company is so well of communication and service that I found my AirPod in the seat. Although it took awhile to response and communication is slow but they tried their best and being helpful is enough to earn 5 star from me!

Another travel ripoff.
They will give you a free voucher for the first ride and not charge you for the foreigner tax fee. After that, you get the foreigner fees all the time. The other thing is it’s cheaper just to hail a taxi than to use this app. This app should be used only if you cannot hail a ride and you need to get somewhere. For example, my ride to the train station they charged me ¥5200 and the meter said ¥3800.
