Stay away until apple remove this app. No way to get your money back nor to reach any support let alone finding a cab/service.
Terrible Customer Support
The fact this app has become a state monopoly (barring Uber/Ola) is a joke as this app has terrible customer support and a glitch UI. Hard to use and add money, drivers sometimes don’t show up and aren’t held accountable. All in all a terrible service that is only used become of a taxi mafia and state monopoly on apps

SCAM taxi driver be careful
Most of the time taxi driver will delay and cancel the ride and you get charged for cancellation
Not good drivers and locations
Drivers will take the per paid money and than won’t pick the call plus won’t cancel the ride as well coz of which we can’t take another ride.
And whenever we pick a dropping point it always changes the location it self coz of which we will have to pay extra or the driver will ford us saying the location isn’t the same as dropping point and than at the end the location will be the same and the driver starts to blame us for directing them in wrong direction and will of course charge a lot extra.
Very bad experience plus the customer service also don’t support not takes any action they’ll just say that “we are sorry that we can’t help you in this matter” bla bla bla. Full of lies.

A mixed bag
After several months of using GoaMiles, I am left feeling a bit at a loss for how to review it. For the most part, if you’re in Goa for a holiday, I think it will serve you well— particularly if you schedule the trip back to the airport ahead of time. For those living in Goa, the results are decidedly mixed. Drivers are generally helpful and good at jobs. That said, drivers often don’t check the app before your trip, typically opting to call you and ask you to explain where you are and where you’re going to them despite them supposedly having access to the information. Additionally, if you have anywhere you’re going (particularly during the off season), make sure to schedule a trip in advance or else you will not be able to get a car. Additionally, i am not sure if the app tells the drivers that some trips are scheduled in advance. Often the driver will show up early and annoyed that they are expected to wait. Goamiles has often been very useful but is a limited app. I am glad that uber is not an option in Goa for the sake of the drivers here. That, in addition to customer and driver safety, is the most important thing. That said, at times GoaMiles is inconvenient and has messed up my plans that I made with the assumption that I’d be able to get a cab.

Drivers are extremely late or not available. Better off just using a local taxi company.
Don’t bother if you are a foreigner!
Great App but you have to load the in app wallet with money even if you want to pay cash and unless you have an Indian bank account or credit card it’s really unclear how to do this. Too many attempts and you get frozen out rendering the app useless. Quite pathetic for a country which prides itself on its IT capability.

Worst driver ever
Like Goa Miles
Very reliable so far. I had only one bad experience but out of more than ten trips in the past two months I think I would recommend Goa Miles any day to a local taxi. Very economical and interesting drivers.

Useless app
As others have noted, quite incredible that an app that purports to be made by the Goa Tourist Board does not allow non-Indian tourists to receive verification texts. This means this app is completely pointless unless you have an Indian phone number. (Goa should sort this out or just allow Uber, like the rest of India and the rest of the world.)

Never any drivers
Great app, easy to download and eventually deposited some money in order to use it but it takes forever to get a ride. We tried to book a ride from Anjuna beach at 10pm on a Friday night and it took 30 mins to get a driver - from one of the busiest places on the busiest night. How is that possible!
Disappointing & Suspicious Experience with GoaMiles
We had to book a ride from Anjuna to Dabolim Airport and, to avoid any last-minute stress, we contacted customer service in advance to confirm availability. We were clearly assured that airport rides are always fulfilled and that we would definitely get a cab on time.
However, the next day when we tried to book, the app did not allow us to proceed without first adding money to the wallet. After adding money, we repeatedly attempted to book a cab but never received a confirmed ride.
When we contacted customer care again, the response was simply, “Place your booking, you will get a confirmation,” which clearly did not happen. There was no real assistance or accountability.
This experience felt extremely unreliable and stressful, especially when trying to catch a flight. It gives the impression that the app creates artificial urgency or demand, leaving customers stranded and pushing them to book expensive local taxis at the last minute.

Barely usable
Tried using the app multiple times, never recieved any drivers despite trying and trying. Also payment process is extremely patchy
Where does this app work?
I have been trying this app for the last week, I was only able to get a taxi from the airport. Not a single one after that. If your stay in Goa relies on this app, you are in for a HUGE disappointment.
