In this smartphone free world and school Chromebook led childhood…children can’t upload the app to manage and review their finances…that’s pretty rubbish.

i liked this app for a long time but now it tells me to refer to acorns early and it doesnt let me use my card at all. but i already have an acorns early card and now i cant use any of the money on my gohenry card because im already logged into acorns early with a different account

Unlawful Charges & imposible to cancel
I have tried to formally cancel my subscription multiple times through the app and via email, but GoHenry completely ignores customer requests and continues to charge my card without authorization. They make it impossible to opt out once they have your billing information. Extremely predatory practices for a financial app targeting families. Do NOT sign up unless you want your card held hostage

The problem
The problem with this app is that it takes away my dad’s money and he gets very annoyed and he think that you shouldn’t do that and be like Monzo

They now charge you a service charge to transfer money to your kids! Absolute disgrace… as soon as I open the a proper bank account this will be deleted! You already charge me £10 per child each month and now a bloody service fee every time I want to give them pocket money! Awful app

Login and Verification Bugs
The MFA is a recursive loop of sending emails and reopening the app with no code ever getting sent. Support team responds with generic form letter that instructs you to do the same steps that you’re stuck on. Cannot login or update account. Can’t cancel except to cut off bank authorization.

Card deactivation
The app was working fine but when I went to send my mom 8 dollar it said card deactivated and it didn't notify me about anything it's most of the times but right now it's horrible
Taken money out of my account
I had £40 in my account I spent 37.11 of it. Now I have £0 in my balance. It has taken money out of my account??!!
