Cancelled Rides
One thing I think you need to change is.. if you cancel a ride because the driver is taking too long for example.. the app automatically finds you another one even though you don’t want it. There’s no option to just cancel and not try and find another driver. This is costing me so much money. So if something is cancelled, you need to allow the user to activate whether they want to look for someone else or not. Give them the option. Don’t just do it automatically.

Works good but needs some work
The app and service is a great idea and it works good, if there would be anything negative I think the app could need some “clean up” it’s a little bit too much going on and sometimes it gets confusing, a cleaner more slim lined UI would be nice, but I have noticed that most apps and services in Asian countries are very “busy” and there is just too much going on at the same time

Amazing app - needed in the UK please!
This app is fab but currently not available in the UK, only Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia so a bit disappointed I can’t use it at home as well. You need to expand!! Quick sign up and easy to use, I’m a mom so I love the vouchers idea 💡 🥰.
