change of phone number
I've been trying to change the phone number linked to the app for two weeks now, as the old one is no longer active. I keep seeing the same message: "Oops, something went wrong
Don't worry, we're fixing this. We'll be back for you soon!" The app has been updated to the latest version, but nothing has changed. There's no option to submit a support ticket in the "Help" section; it only offers advice on changing your phone number, which doesn't work.

Cancelled Rides
One thing I think you need to change is.. if you cancel a ride because the driver is taking too long for example.. the app automatically finds you another one even though you don’t want it. There’s no option to just cancel and not try and find another driver. This is costing me so much money. So if something is cancelled, you need to allow the user to activate whether they want to look for someone else or not. Give them the option. Don’t just do it automatically.
