Forced Feedback Makes Ordering Annoying
The GoKhana app unnecessarily forces users to give feedback or a rating for every single order, with no option to skip. This constant interruption becomes annoying over time and disrupts the smooth ordering experience. Feedback should be optional, not mandatory. Adding a simple “Skip” option would greatly improve usability and reduce frustration for regular users.

Bugs?
I have been using the app for last couple of months to get food from food court in IT park building. It isn’t the best app in terms of features or value but was functional. But today something happened - it keeps complaining that orders can only be placed within 500 meters from the food court. Which is annoying because I am literally in the food court standing in front of the vendor but it still keeps complaining that. This food court does not accept cash so I can’t even order directly. Why the sudden issue today? What changed? Very very annoying indeed.
When I search for the food court location in the app it says 0.28kms away. But still keeps erroring needs to be 500meters???
I called support who called me back a couple of times but basically said refresh your app and try again. When that did not work they said we will call back but never did. I have been unable to order food for two days now. Why have such silly retirements?

Help to order before time which saves time as well as queue waiting

Hi GoKhana Team,
I’m writing this email out of sheer frustration with the persistent issues in your app related to the Pluxee card.
Every time I try to make a purchase, your system defaults to an old, expired card, and there is absolutely no option to replace it with the new one. This results in a constant “Internal Server Error” message, rendering the app practically useless for transactions.
To make matters worse, even after adding the new card, the app does not remember it for future transactions. This means I have to go through the same broken process every single time — it’s inefficient, poorly designed, and frankly unacceptable for a platform that is supposed to simplify food purchases.
What’s more disappointing is the support experience. Instead of actually resolving the issue, your team simply asks users to send an email — without taking any ownership or providing real help. This comes across as a lack of seriousness towards fixing what appears to be a major bug in your system.
This problem has existed long enough and it needs to be addressed immediately. I urge you to investigate this issue seriously and roll out a fix at the earliest.
Waiting for a proper resolution — not just another generic response.

Why is feedback mandatory?
Why can i not place an order without giving feedback for my previous order? Please fix this. If I want to place an order without giving feedback for previous order, I should be able to do it.

No benefits to customer
Hey there! Recently visited the go khana counter and need improvements of items for North Indian and South Indian thali. However ever customers are not getting any coupons or voucher. Please take a look into this. Thanks

Keeps forcing for good ratings
This app makes you rate it even before you have used it for the first time and then every single time you want to use it. Without that it won’t let you proceed to place your order and there is no way to skip it. For anything below 3 stars, you are also required to mention a reason. By that time, the queue would have doubled in the food court and you will lose your appetite. Hence, most people who are in a hurry would rate it 5 stars to proceed, thereby artificially inflating its ratings.

No refund even after 1 month, and the transaction showing successful for this useless application
You App is trash, all other vendors are able to do transactions with my cards only your app has a problem with completing transactions and giving nonsense excuses like card is not active for domestic transactions. such a time waste gokhana app is

Worst experience..They should improved their food quality and quantity both. This is the forst time that i hv seem any app wont let you proceed u less you give the food rating higher than 4, wch is pathetic.
The developer also should bear this in mind that building such app is not ethical.

This app is very fast and easy to use , one thing which I observed is once we order we cannot cancel the order if it takes more time to prepare. Once clarification I needed is while ordering something on the app if I cancel is that money debited is going to credit on the source..?
Ease of use
App is easy to use however to place a single order, multiple steps are needed. Definitely scope to make the use easier and more friendly
