Easy, Breezy, Parking
I downloaded this as an alternative to using ParkMobile. The signup process is straightforward, and I can easily set up my parking time! I highly recommend using this app when parking in New Haven!
Easy, Intuitive, Convenient
With the Alerts, totally relieved the stress of worrying about time and interrupting meaningful conversations.
Embarrassingly bad app
No Apple Pay , no geolocation , you have to manually enter a 5 digit zone number and then your whole card info for payment. GUI looks like from 10 years ago or the intern from a middle school did it for them. Laughable.
Why not let the user pick number of stars.

User friendly
This app is easy to use and intuitive. I appreciate it being easy, especially in the cold when I’m in a rush and I can pay the parking in about a minute! I can also add minutes from wherever I’m at if my appointment takes longer than expected.

Pretty good and convenient
Pretty good app overall. However over 2 separate Apple updates it has kicked me out and decided that I needed to reenter my password and username. If you’re not keeping good track of this obviously now it’s the jump through hoops and password reset issue. Great for downtown frequent Parker’s.
Needs a update doesn’t support iPhone 11 Pro
Every time i try to open it it force closes please update to support the latest iPhones
Crashes
This used to work fine, but on my iPhone 11 it crashes before I can load. I can’t park without feeding the meter anymore, truly annoying. Plus fix the bugs
Convenient and easy
Great for when I have to use street parking at work. The only thing I would suggest is that there be an alert when the meter actually expires and not just 5 minutes before hand.

Doesn’t work with iOS anymore
There is a serious bug in which this app just crashes upon opening with new versions of iOS. The developers really need to fix this as it’s been an issue for quite a while and these meters such, so often (like if it’s raining) there is no way to pay for parking except this app—from reading other review it also seams there is no support team responding to these issues.

Will not work with latest two upgrades
The app keeps crashing with past two iPhone upgrades. Loved this before and used for years without issue. Please take a look.

Now I can’t get it to open. I delete it, download it again, try to open it and it won’t (iPhone 6s).

App crashes immediately after opening... an update is wayyyy overdue, I’ve already gotten a ticket for waiting 2 minutes after the meter ran out because this stupid app doesn’t work anymore
Almost good
I really like the convenience of this but 3 times I’ve gotten tickets when my app said I had lots of time left.

Had been using this app for several years. Will not load with new iOS 13.1.3
Was good. Started crashing
Very helpful until this week. Reloaded the app on my iOS 13 iPhone 11. It crashes after opening. Need to fix.
