Like fine wine…
I have been using this application for years now and it continues to get better and better… Like fine wine!
The developer does a great job of constant monitoring and updating the app. It's loaded with tons of options, mini that I don't use because I have found those that work best for me, that give the user various alternatives for setting up and daily use. Particularly, depending upon which ever task management philosophy you're accustomed to. Whether it's something very simple, or very complex, this app does so much. And the fact that it's layer on top of the reminders app means that all the information is still in the generic reminders app (though not organized as well, e.g. the benefit of this app) end it allows you to add tasks using Siri with ease.

Only critical suggestion is eliminate the date wheel. Takes too long and is difficult to scroll to where you want to be. Just put up a monthly calendar that you can easily advance and pick a date from.
Great App keeps getting better
I purchased this app to help me extend my Apple task functionality and was blown away by how immediately functional it made my whole business workflows in the last six months. They keep adding more and more features and making it better and better for business use. By de-selecting my personal task lists, I can keep my Apple reminders for my personal world and Good Task looks after all of my business workflows all in the same Apple ecosystem, using my watch, iPad, and Mac all at the same time. I would give 10/5 if I could.

Ya la doy cinco estrellas, en mi anterior valoración estaba empezando a conocer la aplicación, pero la di de momento cuatro estrellas porque me pareció que iba a ser buena. Tengo que decir que por fin he encontrado lo que necesitaba, aunque en un principio me parecía algo complicada cuando te familiarizas con ella no tienes problemas, no se te pasa nada, ni tareas ni recordatorios ni citas, te avisa de distintas maneras y como está sincronizada con recordatorios si tienes Things también te avisa esta app.

La verdad que me la descargué para ver qué tal, como hago con muchas, y esta se nota que es diferente, que está hecha con IA y ya es un gran salto y diferencia frente a las app antiguas que no podías hacer prácticamente nada…
Mis felicitaciones la verdad!!! Seguir dándole caña y mejorándolo para hacerla más User Friendly, mejorar la UX y añadir más features… Porque de momento una pasada 👌🏽

does what I need, and keeps improving
This app does what I want, is frequently updated with fixes and new features, is less expensive than other to-do apps, is flexible to handle either complex filtering or subtasks or just simple lists when you need them, allows me to continue using the native Reminders app for sharing lists, and has options to buy all features once, to support with a subscription, or to just support in single payments when you want. (Which means those of us with the means to support can opt in, and those who can’t afford an ongoing subscription are still able to access all features for a one-time payment.)

Stops alerting me
It just stops alerting me for no reason. I can’t figure out why

Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch und auch bis ich alles entdeckt und perfekt für mich eingerichtet hatte hat es kurz gedauert. Aber jetzt möchte ich diese App auf keinen Fall mehr missen. Mit dieser App schaffe ich es tatsächlich, meine Aufgaben zu erledigen und Kalendertermine einzuhalten. Danke dafür ❤️

Great app but..
Been using since fall of 2025. App was excellent, worthy of 5 star review. Recently, performance issues have been popping up while on latest iphone air, ios updated, app fully updated. The lag has been getting really bad. I’ve tried deleting old tasks, ensuring secrets in advanced features are not turned on…
Hoping next update will fix.
