Completely broken
I cannot even do the most basic of things in this application. It is obvious that Google has dropped this like most things they put out.
Misleading purpose
The app works perfectly fine but just beware the app description. The app doesn’t allow you manage what you and I would consider “Google Workspace or Google services” as a whole. It only allows management of users and group membership . Any of the actual Google Services (mail, storage, groups, etc) are not available to be admin’s through this app.

I don’t usually write app reviews, this is pretty useless. Need to check new user authorization of a new device, can’t. Need to edit user permission can’t. Need check billing can’t.

Scam
App barely had any features. Cancelled my plan on the Google workspace and also deleted all my domain emails but still charging my card for my non existent subscription. Tried to contact support but there is NO support available, you have to login to access support and my login is not valid anymore.

Very limited app
Is this a joke? Apart from user management you can’t do anything else. A multibillion company and can’t create a proper admin app.

It does well for what it says it does.
Interface Sucks
The interface is extremely poorly designed very amateur and difficult to navigate. Even for such a minimal tool, the UI is cluttered, unintuitive, and frustrating to use. For an admin product, usability should be a priority, and unfortunately this completely misses the mark.
Extremely limited
This app lets you do almost nothing. It’s a bare skeleton. You have to use the computer to make any real changes to Workspace features. Why did they make this app, is this an intern project?
Abandoned by Google
This app has been abandoned by the developer.
The admin website is not friendly on mobile devices, and this app does little other than reset user account passwords. It should just be unlisted at this point.

What is the point.
This app only lets you add and subtract users, change passwords, and manage group subscribers. Um, really?

You can only reset passwords and no other settings are available. should not have the same title as the computer app

Can you put one of your 10,000 engineers or 1 billion of your $2 trillion into making this app useful for your paying customers? This is crazy.
No longer supported?
This app doesn't show up among the Google apps in the iOS App Store (at least for 2 of us). You have to search for it to find it. Upon opening the app, I'm immediately confronted by an error: "You are not authorized to perform this operation. Please reauthenticate and try again."
I cannot find any answers online about this specific issue and it's unclear whether or not the app is supported.
