I was a driver several years ago and recently decided to work with the company again. Unfortunately I was told via chat the company was too busy and understaffed to answer my questions and help reactivate me and update my information.

How do people give this 5 stars it pays cheap i have a pick up truck and pays cheap. Yes, you can do multiple trips but its not about doing multiple trips to make $100 its about doing 1 or 2 trips to make $100 … pqy ny the mile local… gtf outa here with that should be paid depending on area an hour of work for $25 really what about the gas and traffic i have to pit up with. Should really be at least $50 even if its 10miles

Background Check Fee!!
They require you to pay $49 for a background check before you are eligible to make deliveries. Also if you are or have ever lived in NY it’s $105!! Don’t even bother, what a joke.
$150 Verification Fee and Zero Jobs
I paid $150 for the verification process and have been registered for about a month, but I have not received a single job or even a useful lead. Charging drivers such a high upfront fee while providing no real earning opportunities is extremely disappointing. I expected access to actual work after paying for verification, but so far I have received nothing in return. Based on my experience, this service is not worth the money.

I went through all the steps required to get me going including paying the fee for the background check. It has been over 30 days and I still don’t have access to the application. Don’t waste your time and effort, it didn’t work for me.

No helper
Needed a helper for this job and made it impossible without help. Luckily the customer came out and helped. I had to knock and wait about ten minutes before they came out. Also wasn’t informed I would need a dolly
Not worth it
The pay is too low for the jobs they have you doing and it’s not a lot of jobs in the Dallas area, your not going to make the $50 have to pay for the background check. If I could I would give this app a negative 5stars.

I did a job I had to drive 20 miles for did the job then waited two days for them to say they paid me I have not got paid for the job I did I even try to contact customer support but all the help I got was from a AI chat that didn’t even try to help me or listen to what i say so I don’t know if o can recommend this to anyone in south Florida

Wages too low
The deliveries on this app have a lot of weight to it or a whole lot in quantity to the point where the payment to delivery ratio is not very good especially for the mileage on top of gas being extremely high. Would not recommend this app. Also, if you make one mistake you get suspended for several days lol (GoShare Jail). Yea overall 1 star app. And you can’t specify which area you want to work in, youll be seeing orders from 2 hrs away from your location, seems a bit unrealistic. I digress.

It takes 5-7 days get paid one job that like $27 bucks
Just another deliver app pay lower prices and takes 5-7 days get paid not including weekends. That low pay and how long take get paid will never establish cash flow for your business. It’s 2026 if can’t pay instant pay or at least twice a week then there just holding funds your already owed in there bank account to collect weekly interest of your money owed already. Plus they take a cut of your delivery. For example I have the paperwork for Lowe’s mulch order. Lowe’s paid out $70 for delivery. Goshare give you $27 and they take the rest
