I lost my phone and the mobile number linked to my GoTyme account, and I’ve been trying to request account recovery and update my number. Unfortunately, the process has been extremely frustrating.
They require an excessive number of documents—far more than what other banks like BPI typically ask for. On top of that, their email responses have been repetitive and unhelpful, and their hotline doesn’t even seem to work.
It’s incredibly stressful that something as simple as updating a mobile number involves such a complicated and demanding process.

Easy to navigate, easy to use, you can use directly outside Ph wo extra charge, secured and innovative. Better than traditional banking which makes everything else harder yet security is lame.
Reliable and Super Easy Banking
The app is reliable and never failed on me once. It is also super easy to navigate and use. I have used this abroad several times. As for this bank, I love that the interest is high and there almost no fees on other bank transfers since there are free transfers and I can use Robinsons Reward to pay. For the Gotyme card, the forex rates abroad are also low so I recommend the Gotyme card for shopping abroad
