用户在这的地位不如一条狗，点外卖一半迟到的一半没送到就提前点送达的，甚至还有根本没送就给你点送达的。这里连个人工客服都没有，每次申诉的流程又臭又长，很多问题还解决不了，自动扣费的时候扣的是真快。就算找不到骑手，商家关门了，也死活不让你取消订单，一定要让人多等一个多小时了才能取消。到底什么神人做的这个软件能烂成这？
Helping My Parents from Another Country
I’m from India, and my parents recently traveled to Singapore for a holiday. My dad called me asking how to download the Grab app because he isn’t very comfortable with technology and needed to book a cab.
Instead of trying to guide him over the phone, I downloaded the app here in India and was able to book a taxi for them remotely. The entire process was incredibly smooth and convenient. They could easily identify the driver, track the ride, and reach their destination without any confusion.
This feature made a huge difference for us, especially when helping elderly parents travel in a foreign country. Grab gave me peace of mind knowing I could assist them from thousands of kilometers away. Truly a fantastic app with an excellent user experience. Highly recommended!

Chào grab em là 1 người dùng và đã trải nghiệm grab rất lâu. Và hôm nay em rất bực. Tại sao đặt 32k ship cho 28p để giao. nhưng đợi 20p vẫn chưa nhảy đơn cho bên người bán. Vì lúc đó đã gần 22h nhưng đã qua 22h vì thấy chờ quá lâu hơn dự kiến em đã huỷ đơn và thêm 25k ship nữa. Nhưng vẫn bị giao trễ. Thiệt sự đơn rất gần em có thể chạy đi mua 57k cho 1km thì đáng chờ đợi 1 tiếng mới có không?? chiết khấu người bán, người dùng, và cả shipper như thế nhưng trải nghiệm chỉ càng ngày quá tệ:)
