Labeling & inefficient
The labeling is unclear. Eg. When clicking on “room service” there is a tab at the bottom: request (anfragen). It is unclear this is actually requesting the menu …
While in room service, it is inconvenient that drinks need to be ordered under different tab… which can be either wine card or bar card, and then one has to refill one’s information again like room number, name etc. Not efficient
