I came to Saint Louis in 1990 for school, and found Great Clio in Richmond Heights (possibly the only or one of a couple stores then). The people have always been kind and courteous, never had even a neutral interaction never went home looking in the mirror thinking “ummmm, it’s okay hair grows back” :)
Over the years, occasionally trying something different, and then always gravitating back to Great Clips…precise cut, greater awareness of changing styles than I was, no fuss, no pretense.
And things change, technology improves, the Great Clips app is awesome! Sign up, know the wait time, whether to run a quick errand in between or make a beeline to the store, and when I’ve missed place (rather than appointment) no biggie at all, sign back in, and a Great Clip soon on the way!

Absolutely wonderful people wonderful service. The wait times are not that long. They’re able to work with me and get me the perfect cut. I am very happy with the Great Clips in White House Tennessee.

Why would my name fall off the list if there are still 2 people ahead of me in line? Sorry I don’t sit in the salon for 30min waiting for my spot when people ahead of me can show up in those 30min… also would be nice to know who is working. I only let 1 person cut my hair.
Open app earlier
The only thing I would prefer for the app is that it open 30 minutes before the shop opens so that it offers the opportunity to be there when the shop opens
