I love being able to get in line for a haircut from wherever I may be and gauge when I should show up for my haircut so I don’t have a long wait in the shop. I like the App a lot. It is not perfect but way better than guessing and showing up to a crowded shop. I can also see the wait at other Great Clip shops nearby on the App.

So convenient you check-in you wait the allotted which usually isn’t a lot of time you make your way there and you might have to wait five minutes for them to finish their current customer. They have on file what you got last time so you don’t have to remember anything and the haircut I get works for me.

Works well
Being able to check in from anywhere is very convenient. The Reminders feature seems to be working now as well. If I could keep the balance from my Great Card on the app it would be five stars. I tried to minimize the number of cards I have to carry around with me.

This app offers bare bones functionality and apart from occasional blackouts (that affect salons systems as well) it does its job: you take your virtual place in line, it says how much time it’ll take for your appointment.
My gripe is that Great Clips send you promo codes that are never - ever - valid. Each and every code they send you is “already used and expired”.
I don’t see the point of this process. Why even send codes if they’re not valid.
