Best of a bad thing

We don’t have any great bus services to choose from, but I’m leaving a good review for greyhound in hopes that they improve. This should be faster or cheaper or more comfortable, but it’s slow and expensive and painful. Oh well, it’s better than nothing.

Not useful at all

This overall business needs to be shut down! The delays, the customer service reps THAT don’t speak English!!!! So rude! And not willing to help! I will be reporting this business to the BBB

Terrible no other words can be expressed

Only company I know that can turn my 36 hour bus trip into a 144 hour shishow I have to call almost every stop because I’m never on time then they don’t do refunds so I can’t transfer to a Uber or another bus company instead they reschedule my ticket that can take up to 11 hours yeah not exaggerating I had to sleep in a bus stop and stuff for 11 hours because I got delayed that many times then on top of that they have you go on other buses that you didn’t sign up for then charge you a extra 20 out of pocket to get tags for those buses absolute joke of a company and if your reading this please look elsewhere and don’t get sucked into this terrible company

FAQ

What does the Greyhound app do?

The Greyhound app allows you to book low-fare bus tickets with more options. You can view schedules for both Greyhound and FlixBus, select your preferred seat, and display your ticket digitally within the app. It also provides live trip updates and exclusive app-only discount offers.

How do I use my ticket with the app?

Once you book your ticket, you can show it directly from the app to the driver. There's no need for check-in or printing. Simply present the QR code of your ticket displayed within the application.

Is there a cost to use the Greyhound app?

The app itself is free to download and use. While booking tickets and viewing schedules are free, there is a fee associated with selecting your preferred seat. Otherwise, a seat will be assigned to you at no extra charge.

What kind of routes does the app cover?

The app covers over 1900 bus routes across North America. This includes popular routes such as Albany, NY to New York, NY; Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX; and Las Vegas, NV to Los Angeles, CA, among many others.

Can I see schedules for other bus companies?

Yes, the app has been enhanced to show and book schedules for both Greyhound and FlixBus carriers. This provides users with more options and potentially more low fares for their bus trips.
