Outdated App

This app is so hard to access. It says incorrect user although my account number is already listed. It's also not taking my PW. I tried to change my PW by clicking on forgot PW. I did it several times with a new PW, but the website is not letting me in. I'm trying to find my bill, but there's no option to check it out. I think this app needs a thorough revamp. It seems the app is so way behind the technology.

Useless

The app should include a way to make payments and view account information like payment history, and view my bill. This company is so far behind in technology they might at well cease to exist. If they weren’t the only company servicing my neighborhood, I would switch.
