Hi can you make a button for mark all as read or delete button. It goes to the top again after i read a message
Asking for an update
Downloaded the app yesterday and just today, the app is informing that there is a new version available and that I should download the latest one however, in the App Store, there is no option to update to the latest version.
Repeating Notifications
It needs to improve sending notifications since even last years updates such as monthly contributions and loan payments are still being repeatedly sent by the app. This happens every month sending more than 10 notifications even though you do not have any transaction.

Everything is good with my iphone. I just downloaded this app logged in ok but I went to the APIR member verification it says “New version available. Please update “ I mean I just downloaded the app. You have to fix this right away!
Not working
The old version is not working and the new version can’t be downloaded...

Kept on receiving repeated messages in my inbox regarding loan payment. In example, I still get messages about loan payment for the past month. Also, if you are planning to apply for a loan, it is not advisable to use this app as it takes tooooo long to get approved. Do the the nearest branch and use the kiosk instead. So it means this app aint reliable.

Finally, with the new version, it is now functioning with ios 16 and above
I found the solution
Application won't work after the ios update. suddenly became white screen and closed.
What i did was from storage before deleting the apps i offload the apps first. then re install then it will fix the apps i can now open and log in. i just my password tho.

It won’t open
Almost 2 weeks now but your app wont open. The app will automatically close every time you open it. Is it under maintenance? or what? or it wont work on iphone users?
App crashed after updating
I also updated my iPhone to the latest iOS 16.4.1 and suddenly the app cannot be opened. Hope GSIS notice this and would correct their app

I updated to the latest version of iPhone and the app wont open and crashes. Tried to delete and download it again, still the same.

The app crashes down on ios 16. Please fix. The functions well before. But as soon as I updated the ios it wont open anymore.
I cannot open
Please help I cannot open the app. When u click it, it will suddenly disappear like the link is broken or something. I am using Iphone 11. Pls fix ASAP. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times but of no avail.

Wont open
App works perfectly before. Now it would just open to white blank screen then automatically closes. Tried uninstalling and installing again but wont work.
