Needs A LOT of improvement
I am a current junior at GW and this app has been around since my freshmen year. I have been using it a lot these past few weeks but there are a some things that I think would make the service better:
1) be able to call or contact a driver via in-app message
2) receive at ETA when you enroll into the queue. When you open the app it tells you the estimated time but when you order your ride it doesn’t.
I have been in Duques hall for AN HOUR with the queue stuck in #4. Nothing changes and I have no way of contacting anybody. I had to cancel and order again, and when I got to #6, it froze again for another 30 minutes. I doubt that it takes a service an hour to get students to their dorms/ apartments.
