Brilliant range of items on offer - many of them aren’t widely stocked in supermarkets or the high street. Delivery is always prompt. I think I actually love Holland and Barrett!
Online ordering
I love that I can search online and if an item is not in stock at my local store I can order for it to be delivered to my home or click and collect from the store. No more travelling to the shop to find an item is out of stock.

Very poor website experience/design. Would not allow me to use ‘part’ of my loyalty points for payment. Allowed me to select amount though not ‘confirm’ option on iPhone or iPad. H&B products are not the cheapest, even allowing for discounts, with online journey poor (as above).

Highly recommend taking these to settle and stabilise the gut. I started taking in December after a particularly bad IBS episode alone with a tumbler of kefir each evening and the haven’t had another episode of IBS all year. I take a capsule each morning before eating or drinking.

Aweful app. No explanation of discount codes. Site says Bluelight code available. It isn’t, or very evasive. Delivery changes come and go on collection. You need to try several times. The basically does your head in, because discounts are VERY misleading, or not even available.
