Hassle for daily exercises use

For recording daily exercises it requires to login with a texted passcode everyday. It does not remember my cell number. Face ID only seems to work for the day that I logged in (I have it enabled in the phone settings for h2health). For my daily exercises it is far easier to refer to the printed instructions and track on there.

Times out too easy

This app is good except for timing out way too easy. If I switch over to stop a timer I’ve set for an exercise this app wants me to sign in again. Very annoying.

Wonderful, caring staff

I just want to take the time to say thank you very much to Sarah, Michael & Brenda. My wife highly recommended you guys and I quickly found out why. You greatly exceeded my expectations. I also highly recommend your office.

Saves time

It was easy to upload my insurance card info as it saved me time when I sent to the PT clinic.

App is stuck in a loop

Please fix this app. It has been stuck in a loop for the last two weeks and I can’t get to the part that shows my exercises.

It used to be a good app

Needs improvement

This app has been useful for tracking my PT exercises.
It would be better if:
1. The therapist could reply directly to my questions through the app. She didn’t realize that I can’t see her responses.
2. When entering my completed results, the entire video demo shows until I x out. Should be able to just select completed.
3. Should be able to go back to previous days to view entries or to modify.
4. The login option for face recognition doesn’t work.

My PT

Wonderful staff!
Peyton is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and She is focused about her work which makes it all comforting to me. She and Alexis have giving me encouragement to work with my shoulder problem. They are very nice! Thank goodness I am on the road to recovery! Thank you!👍

Poor quality app

This app is poor quality and the most frustrating part of my therapy. It logs me out every other day and only allows me to login via getting texted a code instead of creating a normal login. Takes a long time to load the exercises. When trying to read more about an exercise it auto opens and plays the videos which is usually an approximation but not my actual exercise. I have to close the video for EACH exercise which is very annoying.

H2

I’m having quite a bit of trouble with the app. I called the therapist and they advised that it is difficult for other clients as well. The therapist sent it to me again but still unable to access the exercise routine.
