I’ve been using them for quite awhile now. I love having my laundry picked up and dropped off. I’ve used the chat to give messages or update times and they’re always polite and helpful. My clothes are clean and folded.

Misleading in area
When you look for laundry services while traveling in multiple cities, it comes up makes you download the app then tells you it’s not available in that area

I entrusted a custom made bedspread to Hamperapp to clean. While it was not done right the first time, Andres helped to make sure that it was perfect once I notified him. Happy overall and convenient
I have used them for a few months and my only complaint would be that the last few times they to forget to send back my detergent. However they did deliver it the next day. I Overall they’ve been great and it helps me a lot. Pickup and drop off is so convenient.
Bad service and cleaning
I entrusted a custom made bedspread to Hamperapp to clean. It was returned late, without any dry cleaning bag and was not pressed. Parts of the fabric looked warped. It was delivered on a Thursday and as we went out of town, I put it on the bed on Monday and saw the disaster. On Tuesday I reported it and they said I’d waiter too long and that they wouldn’t be able to verify if they were responsible for the condition. Anyone know any other good cleaners?

I would not recommend…
I’ve been using the Hamperapp for quite some time now and in the beginning everything was fine.
But within the last couple of months my clothes would come back smelling like dirty laundry water or it smelt like inside of an old vacuum.
I complained multiple times about the smell but there’s only so much complaining someone can do. I’ve cancelled my service because I’m tired of my clothes smelling stink.
Makes no sense paying for my clothes to be cleaned if they frequently come back smelling stink.
And just to put this out there as well. I used it for the convenience of having someone else do my laundry. But I guess I’ll have to go back to doing it myself if it means having fresh smelling clothes.
I’m very disappointed about this and I hope whoever is washing the clothes makes more of an effort to use soap…

Horrible they will ruin your clothes
If I could give them 1 star I would do not use this service there are much better ones. They are not cautious and didn’t take a red pen out of the laundry and ruined $500 worth of clothes. They still charged me for the service and refused to compensate me for the damaged items and said they would call me back and never did. They did this twice! If you care about your clothes do not send them there

This is the most annoying app…I downloaded it a week ago because I was curious and they will NOT stop sending notifications and texts everyday. I don’t need to be spammed every single day. Will not be using
Horrible customer service
They picked up and charged me over my weight by adding weight and additional items. I did not send blankets or duvets or anything additional and I weighted my clothes at 32lbs. This also happened to my friend but I didn’t believe her. Please don’t use this app. Just take to regular coin laundry.

I used them just a handful of times and in that time ruined a sweater of mine and promise to pay me back and never did. They lost two bags of my clothes and didn’t follow up I had to call and customer service representative was so rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again and would encourage everyone to think twice before signing up.

App will not register
I tried twice to install the app. Each time it failed with a 404 error. It’s tough to review an app that will not even register a new account.
Returned smelly & lost items
A damp blanket was placed in the clean laundry which made everything in the bag damp and smelly. Several items were lost. Things happen but the lack of customer care is the problem here - I have to replace over $100 of lost items they’re refusing to take accountability for - they offered me a $7.50 refund for $180+ cost to em from all this 😂 There is no excuse for this behavior and where are the consumer rights? Filing with Better Business Bureau because I consider this serious negligence.

Not in our area? Then why do you take my info.
Website says they are in my area. So I downloaded the app, created an account and gave them info that I do not see why a laundry company needs as soon as I give them everything, it says not in my area. Account deleting takes hoops to jump through. Untrustworthy company.
Theft
This seems like a convenient service especially when on vacation but I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND utilizing this service. My family went on a trip to Disney World and our hotel was promoting this business. Laundry came back poorly folded and many Disney clothing, socks and name brand underwear went missing. Support handled with total disregard. Make sure you take pictures before and after if you decide to risk loosing your laundry and MAYBE they will consider some compensation.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. They dumped my laundry on the first floor without confirmation and took no responsibility. Completely irresponsible
