The worst app on the market
They don’t give you free trial. There was some bug- so it even charged me yearly.
No reminders send to the phone. No progress tracking features. All exercises are just- squeeze for quick or longer time. No clear guidance for beginners.

really disappointed that it makes you go through all the registration and only then does it say you have to pay a subscription. I’m annoyed I now have to contact them to get my account and data deleted

The app all women should use
As someone who drinks a lot of water and laughs a lot, this app has been handy to help me strengthen my pelvic floor and stave off any pesky leaks! Love my daily reminders, ease of use of the app and Abi’s guiding tone!

Great app for strengthening pelvic floor
I have been using this app for 2 weeks now and I can already feel a huge difference in my pelvic floor strength! (and my understanding of the muscles there). This app is super helpful for making a habit of doing small bits of pelvic floor exercise every day - each one takes only a few mins and you can set daily reminders to make sure you are consistent. The instructions are easy to follow and effective. The narrator has a calm relaxing voice which leaves me in a positive headspace after each session. Would definitely recommend to any woman wanting to improve pelvic floor strength!

Cant use app, wont move beyond initial screen
I swipe and read through four screens then it stops. No button, no more swiping, i can get into the app at all

The videos and instructions are really clear, and the variety makes doing these exercises much more interesting! I can’t see myself getting bored/giving up any time soon

Great app for pregnancy and postnatal
Really useful app for those who want to improve their pelvic floor. The videos are informative and encouraging. The reminder function is very useful as it helps form the habit of doing the exercises. I started using just after I’d had a baby and I’m sure it’s helping.

Not sure a get it. It is just someone speaking to you. Poor quality app. Much better ones out there for the same price. This was lazy. Also. I had request a refund within the hour. It implied I could get a free 3 day trial. There was no free trial and they went straight for my money. I am happy to show the developer what a good app is like. Also the ad they posted on Facebook is misleading.
