User reviews

No free trial

You are made to create an account and then instantly hit with a paywall of either monthly or yearly. This is very pricy and there’s no way to avoid

Basic reminder app

This app is decent for reminding you to do pelvic floor exercises but there is nothing personal about the performance

There is a pelvic health quiz but you don’t get any specific feedback on what your answers mean regarding your pelvic health and there is no way for you to track your pelvic health progress

The worst app on the market

They don’t give you free trial. There was some bug- so it even charged me yearly.

No reminders send to the phone. No progress tracking features. All exercises are just- squeeze for quick or longer time. No clear guidance for beginners.

Very disappointed.

ITS NOT FREE!

really disappointed that it makes you go through all the registration and only then does it say you have to pay a subscription. I’m annoyed I now have to contact them to get my account and data deleted

Doesn’t work

Four slider screens. Can’t access the program.
