I don’t want to save my credit card in your app. It is 2026, we now have Apple Pay.
Poorly designed reward system
It used to be that buying drinks would lead to getting free drinks, but now a large drink costs less than the threshold needed to earn points for a free drink. I like the drinks here, but have a lot of options near me that have rewards programs that actually reward the customer.
Payment issues
I got an updated credit card with the same number but different expiration date. It doesn’t allow me to delete the old one or add the new one because the number is the same. Also, please allow Apple or Android pay instead of your archaic payment system.
Password reset does not work. Offers not valid
Sends offers not valid at my location. Drove I vain
No way to place an order
I’ve tried checking out with multiple cards even my bfs card nothing work it automatically just says denied no matter how much money is in the card I’ve been trying for the last 3 months hoping it would work one day but it never has I’ve missed out on soooooooo many points because the app doesn’t work🫤

Bad app
The app made me lock back in and then said my password was wrong. So I reset it and it gave me an error so I reset it again and still got error messages won’t let me log in. What a joke. Then I tried to go to support and feedback on the app and it kicked me off. What a joke.
Review on the drink and food
This place is the best and has the best drinks and food to try.
Love it!
Happy Lemon is my go-to boba spot! Their drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I especially love how the boba is consistently chewy and just the right sweetness. Definitely my favorite place to grab a drink!
New Update
New app version doesn’t let me log into my account anymore. Bunch of error codes when loading up the app.
New Update Terrible
It won’t log me into my old account, and whenever I open the app it says “Warning: Request interface: /mobile/openapi/ member_device/update_token error, please check” and proceeds to pop up other warnings. The old app and UI was fine idk why they updated it 😭
Seems to have gotten more complicated
I don’t have the old version to compare, but it seems like a lot more steps to order in the updated app. Also, you’re effed if you just want to leave a cash tip, it doesn’t seem to let you check out until you add a tip. Kind of extortionate. (You should tip, but shouldn’t be forced). In all, it just doesn’t have to be so friction filled to order and pay.

New app version is terrible
Horrible UX. Instead of selecting from a list of pre-defined favorite drinks like before, now I need to go through 10 steps: scroll menu, select drink, select cold level, select sugar level, select topping, select pick up time, select tip, select card, click submit, confirm store. All of these just to order 1 drink. If I want to buy 2 drinks, the whole process would take me 15 steps. By the time I’m done with ordering I have already lost my appetite. Ordering alone took me 5 minutes as each step has a delay. You can simply set a default pick up time instead of forcing customers to manually select 10 minutes as the earliest time. You can default the keyboard to number instead of making people to change the keyboard to select tips.
Honestly I would prefer the previous version. It wasn’t great but at least it was easy to use.

Good ordering process, no Applepay/card scan
App is pretty good so far in terms of ordering items, but as there is no applepay or other digital payment option, onboarding requires adding a card and manually entering the information. I don’t like having cards in apps regardless, but if I have to please at least integrate the scanning option.

It’s so frustrating that the payment method that you’ve used keep getting deleted for NO REASON. Can’t even do a quick pick up order because you have to enter your card numbers every single time.
Credit card does not save
A few glitches that would be great if fixed. Sometimes a whole category of drinks cannot be selected because the scroll keeps moving back up.
No rewards
Can no longer redeem rewards through the app and it’s glitchy
Confusing and unreliable
Although the app seems nice it has terrible UX. It never remembers my orders or my credit card. Also, has no way to review your order or give feedback on your order.
