Horrible app
What a terrible app. It was awful prior to the update and now with the update the app wants me to install it over and over again. Keep deleting the app in order to find my reports and now not able to find them. What a horrible experience and service for an app. You should really be ashamed to have ever think this app is worthy.

Not good
By far and away the worst property maintenance app I’ve ever used and I’ve been in maintenance for a decade. It’s slow, unintuitive, doesn’t sync properly and crashes often. God help you if your company decides this app is the way forward as you will be endlessly frustrated waiting around in lobbies for your work orders to load.

Joke of a business now
if I can give this a -10 star I would. I have had this account with happy co for the last seven years. I’ve seen them go through Lots of updates and this one by far is thee worst.
All the inspections that you complete are not in chronological order leaving you to endlessly scrolling through the years to find the one date that you need. You have to go through hoops to even find ones for the same year. Also, the iOS does not correspond with majority of the older iPhone/android phones resulting into a huge issue having a new hires on this app.
Whoever approved of this update needs to get fired immediately. They are losing out on a lot of business due to this dumb update. I hope they are suffering. That’s how much I hate this new platform. I will be taking my business unless it goes back to the original platform. Bring back the original happy co !!

HappyCo Review
Terrible app and software overall. Any updates that released have multiple glitches as if it was not tested before the release. Customer service might as well be nonexistent since issues don’t get resolved
Unable to add images from Gallery
Everytime I try to add photos into the work order I’m about to complete, I can’t add any. I can Only take pictures for when I’m doing that. At the same time I’m working with my hands. So it’d be great to have a developer who can fix this bug for this app. App is great on notifications, just wondering if this could be fixed. I’m only writing because it’s happened on both of my phones and that’s why it’s being brought up to my attention.

Why wreck a great app?
There used to be this great app from Happyco called inspections. Then we were all forced to use this new Maintenance App.
This new app has zero documentation, no help and a HEAP of bugs. It is also totally unnecessary as the previous app worked just fine.
One major item missing is that there is no side by side comparison for a move-in/out inspection, which is fundamentally what the point of the inspection is. I hope they fix this or even better, just let people use the original (and better) app.

Horrible app, worst update ever
I can’t say enough bad things about this. The previous app was bad enough, they took the worst parts and made them even worse. We are looking for another company. Hand writing inspections would probably be better

This app is horrible compared to the last app before they updated it. The lag time between taking pictures is sometimes up to three seconds. Don’t even get me started on all the features that they took away.

Buildium or happy co will help, they just give you generic answers and links the help articles that don’t fix anything. Lots of bugs

Awful new version
Happy Co should be ashamed. They got rid of so many features from the previous application: the ability to reorganize/move items from one section to another, the ability to rename sections, the ability to copy previous reports, etc etc. All choices that make the user experience much more tedious and frustrating. And to voice your frustration, you only have the ability to email with an automated AI bot. It’s infuriating. I’d give them a week or two to put these features back in, before our company is forced to move on from this wretched app.

Difficult To Use
Dismal program. The old version I would have given a c-. This one is a firm F. It amazes me that companies try to make their programs difficult to use. Missing important features and poor layout/navigation. Don’t these companies ever think to work with their clients to design their new programs?
They should fire whoever made this app
It’s unbelievable how bad this app is compared to their old app. For new/prospective users, you should know:
- You can no longer duplicate previous layouts, you can only select general templates. Have fun editing rooms/features for every single property, every single time you do an inspection.
- they currently have 1 tutorial video, for a feature I can’t imagine most users will ever use. Good luck figuring out how to use the app for ya know, doing an inspection.
- of course, there’s no phone support. But that’s to be expected from a company that releases an app as broken and poorly designed as this.
- they buried the property tabs under multiple menus, so now if you want to see a history of a properties inspections you have to go through multiple screens. It used to be 1 click with the old app. This sounds small, but it’s a huge time waste every time you go to check for an old inspection
I might sound salty about this app, and that’s because I am. They had an amazing app before, it was easy to use and clean looking. I feel robbed, and I definitely can’t continue to pay for their service, considering I legitimately can’t perform the tasks with it that I used to/need to.

Can no longer move rooms/categories around on the inspection report.
More complicated
This new app has made it very difficult to do anything. Can’t move sections around and can’t edit certain items like we could before. I tried adding a new section and it duplicated it causing an error in the sync. I’ve not been able to sync my inspection for over a day and I’m nervous I might lose it all. The new app drains my battery faster than the old app. All around I’m very unhappy with the new app. I can’t even access the old app anymore.

Worst thing ever!
Nothing has transferred from the old app, and I can’t get the new app to pull up the new inspection form. All they do is blame each other for the problem. Now I’ve lost 9 years of inspections. Nice job!!
Ruined a good app
The old app had everything I needed.
Not sure why they messed with it. New app is incredibly non user friendly and I can’t even go back and use the old app or pull up the thousands of inspections that I had done on that app.

Update Ruined App
Service included in Buildium. Changed the platform and now the search can’t even display the address when you’re searching for a report. It’s a joke now and they won’t change it. Waste of time, effort, and money.
