Do not download this app, they do not refund money, they are deceptive they make you sign up on their website and via apple, they take your money, but fail to refund you the money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Their support team does not help, I don't even think they are in the USA, should be banned if not in USA.

Shady subscription

I signed up only for the trial, no mention of subscription, nor the amount listed, but began being charged. No information is available on the app to know you are being charged and they make it incredibly difficult to cancel. After contacting I was told because it’s digital there will be no refund. Very disappointing, seems like shady ways to keep charging people money.

Scam

I signed up for a 7 day trial. I enjoyed the recipes but didn’t wish to continue. The Harmony took about £65 out of my account two months later for repeat subscription that I did not sign up for! Got it sorted via my bank account. I’m trying to delete my account but I’m unable to access my details without signing up for another subscription. Absolute nightmare. I wish I never signed up in the first place!

Warning

Some people may enjoy the app and the information provided. But regarding the subscription please be fully aware when cancelling you get a confirmation email I cancelled but received no email they continue to take the money and they can’t refund it just be warned they don’t make it easy

Obwohl ich den minimalen Betrag gebucht habe wird mir jetzt nach einigen Wochen nochmal was von der Kreditkarte abgezogen und hier hatte ich gar nichts mehr bestellt

Awful customer service

I signed up for the week program then canceled right away to not be charged for the monthly subscription, my email is still unanswered and I’ve been charged $119.00.
I would like a refund for this

Not worth the hassle

This app is poorly managed and is difficult to get out off. I received confirmation of cancellation but still received charges after that. I now have a developer response suggesting that this will be rectified so let’s see if that actually happens because up until now, they still have my money, taken after the cancellation request was confirmed, and are refusing to refund.
Nope, when visible on a review, it sounds like they will assist but in real life, nothing is resolved.

not worth it

the app does give you great meal plans but you could easily get these on google any time for free, the big scam is when you try to stop your plan subscription, nobody emails you back to say it’s stopped and they just keep charging your account, had to get my bank to stop it. very disappointed in the whole thing, knew i shouldn’t have done it from the start BEWARE!!!

Tried for a month, no refunds

I tried this app for a month hoping it would be helpful. The recipes are either overly complicated or don’t taste good. The workouts are boring. But the worst of it is when I try as auto renewed, after attempting to cancel once, they refused to refund the $50 charge. I even requested a partial refund and was unable to get that. Don’t download. I was intrigued by an Instagram add and I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Les prix en France ne sont pas affichés. Lors de la souscription on ne vous informe pas du montant de l’abonnement 4 semaines 13,69€ puis prélèvement automatique de 42,99 sans accord préalable ni possibilité de résiliation ni remboursement possible. Une véritable arnaque et du vol manifeste !

Dishonest Company

Along with others, I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. I took their quiz and purchased a seven day meal plan for $6.89. I did not authorize any further purchases nor sign up for any reoccurring nor ongoing plans. Seven days later, I was charged $87.49 without any notification nor any agreement to pay that amount. When I reached out to the company, they said they would cancel my account but would not refund the $87.49. This is all very dishonest and underhanded. Beware.

Bien… de prime abord

Attention une souscription et un engagement pour quatre semaines, vont bien au-delà. On vous prélève un montant que personne ne peut vous rembourser alors que vous n’avez souscrit que pour quatre semaines, la réponse des développeurs était fortement déconcertante « Nous sommes désolés de la frustration occasionnée ! ». Aucun accès pour visualiser son abonnement, ni un éventuel lien sur son paiement. Je me retrouve à monter un dossier de fraude avec ma banque pour récupérer 45 €… navrant et décevant !
