Camera is practically unusable. Whatever the devs are using for OCR should be adjusted. Continually getting rejected pictures related to image scale when the image of the check is perfectly cropped on a large dark surface.

Viewing Documents and Notices
The version of this app on my new M2 iPad has trouble with Online viewing of my statements and notices. There is no trouble with the app on my android phone to view the same. Can you check this out and maybe fix the problem with the iPad version? Otherwise the app works OK for me on almost everything else.

Credit card payment
Why is it not possible to make a credit card payment from the main app?? Instead one has to go through a nested menu and head to a 1999-style page to manage the credit card. The credit card site is antiquated. Merge all function in one space then maybe this app will earn a higher rating.

Last update removed basic functionality for iPad
Suddenly unable to use landscape mode with the app; multiple queries have gone unanswered. This has rendered the mobile app useless on my iPad.

I’ve tried to get support a few times - no response. Usually HUECU is responsive and helpful so this customer service fail is surprising. But perhaps a negative review will get the developer’s attention? Probably too much to hope for. Please restore landscape mode.
