Among the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I would describe the person I dealt with, but there are language restrictions here. Terrible.
Frustrating Experience – Bluetooth Broken, No Support Response
I’ve been using Haven Lock for years, but ever since switching to my new iPhone 16 with iOS 18.5, I haven’t been able to connect to the lock via Bluetooth — the app simply won’t detect it. I’ve followed every troubleshooting step: reset the lock, reset network settings on my phone, reinstalled the app, and even tried a full factory reset. Nothing works.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of support. I contacted Haven Lock twice through their website using the support form, and never received any reply. No confirmation email, no follow-up, no solution. When your front door security relies on a smart lock, this level of customer service is not acceptable.
This feels like a serious compatibility issue with iOS 18.5, but without any acknowledgment from Haven, I’m left in the dark.
I hope they fix this fast — and start responding to customers who are locked out of their own homes, quite literally!

Guest E-Key
The guest e-key function is not practical. The guest should not be required to create a profile on the HAVEN app in order to temporarily unlock the door. If they don’t own a HAVEN lock, they have no other use for the account once they’re done unlocking my door. Please add a guest access on the app that doesn’t require the guest to create an account. Or better yet, a way for the guest to use the e-key without having to download the app at all. If this is used for a guest staying in a short term rental, the guest does not want to download an app to use a few times.

App doesn’t work. I read instructions and did them about 5 times. Nothing is working. Terrible app. Will be getting ahold of customer service about returning. Wish I could give you no stars.

getting it to work w the app the first time took 3 reinstalls but once you get it to work it's fantastic!

Great app but could be better!
The app works and don’t crash stable platform. Not a lot of flexibility I can unlock and lock my doors and give out keys. Very cool functionality.
Would be awesome to integrate with Apple HomeKit or offer the flexibility to schedule opening and closing. Like automatically set over night or leave open during high traffic times and auto lock during less traffic.
That not hardware that’s code and very simple.
