Bad glitch
The he glitch made the number $0 when i checked out and it never took my money my rent was late and had to eat that late fee. TERRIBLE!

The app can be difficult sometimes will trying to make a payment. Also update to allow partial payments from 2 sources for the total amount. Thank you

Service fee is a joke
WE HAVE TO USE THIS DAMN APP TO PAY RENT AND THE SERVICE FEE WAS BUMPED FROM 6 dollars to $50 and sole change. 50 bucks for something I have no choice in using. Do not stick with any apartment that forces you to pay extra of your hard earned money without warning and with no way out.
Reliable
Really decent app! Other apps for renters would charge twice using autopay and would NOT be able to return it back, rather build it into next month’s rent as credit. Never any issues with this app, it never double charged me and was efficient to use it’s payment method. The over the phone (OTF) verification was quick and easy to login. I have no complaints.
