Bad technology no support
I have an error of showing lost link. I rebooted my Internet and the entire Hayward system as well as the Hayward controller. Nothing has worked. I called Hayward customer support. They did not help me at all. They do not support their product. They told me to call a technician and pay them to troubleshoot why my equipment will not connect to their website. Disappointingly terrible technology with the worst rating that you could give a company. I paid over $4000 for this pool heater and remote system. I cannot believe that Hayward is so poor at supporting their products I would never.buy Another Hayward product again. I will tell all of my friends and family to never buy Hayward products again.

My pool guy just added this hardware and app to my phone. It makes Windows 98 look cutting edge. Total garbage. Pentair is better at everything than Hayward.

This app is terrible! It has not been updated in four years. It is slow and unresponsive. You spend all this money to have this technology and you expect that the manufacturer will keep things up-to-date.
