“Outage reported” never clears out
Reporting an outage on the app is quick and convenient…the first time. Then for months afterward, every time I open the app it still says “Outage has been reported,” so it’s impossible to report a new outage. If you don’t know how to code your app to clear an outage report once the power has been restored, then please code it to allow the user to clear the outage report themselves! Would be a 5 star app if not for this glitch.

Doesn’t load, not user friendly. Used to work since update doesn’t load.

Just does the loading circle when I try to open the app. I’ve tried redownloading several times.
Was great before last update
It keeps telling me my password is incorrect. It’s not, and i refuse to change it AGAIN!

App used to work great, but haven’t been able to login on it on any device since the newest update.
