…No Help Options?

I have 4 kids and the app will only let me add 1 child. It keeps logging me in over and over without letting me go where I need to within the app. There is no where in the app to also seek help if you need it like I did. Very confusing and frustrating.

Broken in iOS15

I can login but the app gets stuck loading and eventually times out.

Edit: Lowering my rating. iOS15 happened to be broken due to an UX decision to use a sticky cookie to determine when users saw a Terms of Service update that blocked the rest of the screen. It took Healow over a month to respond. This app is still clunky at best. Both Healow and eClinicalWeb operate off the same backend and constantly break each others' authentication. While no security issues stand out, both wind up forcing users to reset their passwords unexpectedly after using the opposite. It seems to be less frequent as of recently, but it still happens.

We're on iOS17 and it hasnt really improved. Since my original review this app finally supports switching between patient profiles, but each requires a UNIQUE pin, even if they're associated with the same provider. This is infuriating for parents trying to keep track of two or more kids.

Force close

App automatically force closes as soon as it signs In. Has been doing that for months.

App is instantly force closing after logging me in. It logs in, and then almost immediately force closes.

Formatting is off for iOS 15 larger phones

I am unable to change dates on the app as they appear too far down when doing growth tracking.

Growth charts are inaccurate

My children’s heights and weights are reflecting incorrectly on the growth charts. This has been happening for years without a correction. Come on!

Great App

I use it with the pediatricians office and I can see everything from each of our visits. Very easy to use and great resource.

Won’t sync with already helps app

I have my kids under the normal below app....but this asks me to sign up like I’m new - no option to “login” if you already have an account. It needs the code form the doctors again.....smh. That made the app more unusable and less desirable!

Can’t add my other child to existing account

This app is useless because it won’t let me add my newest child to my existing account. It sends me right back to where I started.

I'm at the children's medical center In Greer s.c and I saw a promotional flyer on the table. I downloaded the app and it asked for a code . I put the code in that was on the flyer which is 36 and nothing happens.

Great tool for parents

I use this for tracking my kids milestones and it's been very helpful. Especially the timers and what to expect for immunizations for my 18 month old.

Great for parents

This app has tools and information that are helpful for my kids at different ages. We live in Florida so I love the sun timer to help us remember to reapply sunblock. Wish this app had been around when we were potty training!
