Don’t waste your time
The premise is great but once you have been through the many permissions and installed the app, you basically get just steps and HR, everything else behind a paywall.
I get there needs to be a premium tier, but this is off the mark in terms of how much info you get “for free”and does not give enough access to other data sets to make me see how beneficial the app actually js given we are also contributing to the data as users.

Everything based on an average
Not useful since everything is based on an average, not a distributed curve, meaning tails dramatically skew data & information.
Love the addition of trend indicators
The app now tells me is a metric is Improving, Stable or Falling which I find very helpful. Sometimes a value going up is good but for other measurements you want to see the value go down. Now with the addition of simply a single word for each metric I can see if I am making progress or not.

I’ve been a user of Heart analyzer, Health Hive and just recently as soon as it became available the new ECG analyzer. I’ve been using the apps ever since I can remember and with every update all 3 apps keep getting better and better! The new update to the Health Hive it’s fresh and clean! Health Hive is an excellent companion to Apple Health. It presents complex health metrics in clear graphs and correlations, making it much easier to understand trends in sleep, heart rate, HRV and other data. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the insights you can gain from comparing different metrics are genuinely useful. Most app features by far are stuck behind in app payments. It’s almost useless without, and not worth the payment ‘just to see’. It’s essentially giving all your health data for nothing in return.

Even though the app indicates that additional metrics are enabled for Health Hive Plus users, the app indicates subscription needed, but at the same time it says Hive Plus users already have access.
