Good Practices
This app takes a fresh look at what quantum human states lead to which yoga states, although it is not traditional yoga. It keeps the energy flowing and the pace going. Feels good.
Shifting energies with Platonic solids
I feel satisfied that I’m part of the environment when I use this app. The meditation is short enough that it can be memorized. I like that I can speed up or slow down the pace at any time. I feel grounded when the guide tells me to “return to neutral.” I have gained insight from the suggestions that health and wealth are energies. In the game segment, I’d prefer that the guide would wait till I make a correct move, before going on. So that I could learn the game segment through trial and error.
