Video and Audio are Marginal
The app isn’t terrible until you have a tele-appt. My internet is very good and my provider was unintelligible. He ended up having to call me because the quality was terrible. The buffering and/or compression needs to be reworked. My Zoom calls with 50 participants on video work substantially better than this app.

Worked Perfectly
Dr Kimberly Strickland was very detail oriented and efficient to target my wellness journey. I was so sick the first visit. She broke down the most needed care first, then followed up with an appointment targeting my healing. I thought I would be done with following up, but she reread her notes and my BP was high on my first appointment due to sickness. A third appointment was made to follow up on me taking my BP for two weeks to ensure it was within acceptable range. Very thorough and thoughtful Doctor.

1 -2 week wait times
Did not expect to wait 1-2 weeks for an appointment. This should be more clear before paying a subscription.
Quality of care
I am so absolutely pleased with my first experience with healthtap! It was totally convenient to use and to continue to message my physician when there is a true question or concern. But, primarily, I am thrilled at the quality of care I received!! I really underestimated What a difference I might be able to experience by Televisit, but it was the most personalized and thorough visit I think I have ever had with any physician. So, so pleased:)

Horrible
Never use these doctors. I refused to get vaccinated and the doctor I used told me I was going to die and take people with me. She demanded to know if I was going to get vaccinated in the future and I am guessing because she put that in my notes and got paid for it. Horrible company but if you are a liberal, probably right up your alley.

I joined about 5 years ago and whether it’s just asking a question or booking a visit I’ve always been happy with service provided. I use once or twice a year when I can’t get into to see my own docs. Very professional and efficient doctors on staff.

Very cumbersome to navigate. Why does app require a link to click after creating account and entering email? We should create password and use it and not click a link!

The app kicks me out of the que repeatedly while waiting on a doc.
Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with this service. From the hassle of trying to get seen by a doctor to technical difficulties on their end to a horrible bedside manner doctor. I am sad that my insurance company has decided to go with this online health service.
Awesome Service
Dr. Leslie was fast quick to the point. I needed a refill and he was able to take care of me In a couple of minutes to get a refill on my prescriptions. two minute initial wait time which really was only about a minute to see a doctor. This is the second time using this app and both times they have been Fantastic.

Easy, convenient, and affordable!
Very pleased with this app and my experience. It was super easy to sign up, find a doctor, and I was able to get an appointment the next evening. My doctor was very friendly and helpful, and the cost is very reasonable and honestly less than you’d probably pay in a regular setting. Very grateful this exists!

Love the app but the update makes it impossible to get answers. When you click Read More, it refreshes the page in the app, but does not allow you to read the whole answer.
