Dysfunctional app

E-check in with a passcode is not working today! Cannot log-in without my password while I am in transit. Totally inconsiderate of urgent patient needs!

THE WORST APP

Every other day it doesn’t work. You have to call their basically useless people and you wind up always having to delete the app and reinstall, again and again and again. We have all others, MEVER a problem exciter NYP, unbelievable. They blame it on your phone, your WiFi , etc. but when you say no other epic, MyChart app has a problem, they’re silent. Last time we had very good person. but still had to do same. One more time and we’ll get CEO office involved.
