NYP Connect connects you with experts from Weill Cornell and Columbia, 7 days a week, for health needs such as virtual urgent care, video visits with physicians, medical chart and record information, and more all on your mobile or tablet device. APP FEATURES: Find a Doctor: Looking for a new health care provider? Find medical care based on specialty, location, health insurance, and even language. Connect to the NYP Patient Portal: Already a patient? Virtually manage your health care. Schedule doctor appointments, access your medical records, message your doctor, check test results, pay bills, and more. Virtual Urgent Care: For non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries, connect with one of our Emergency or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians from Columbia or Weill Cornell Medicine through a live video chat 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and Midnight. Video Visits: Skip the trip to the doctor’s office and video chat with your doctor instead. Telehealth visits are a quick, convenient way to communicate with your healthcare team to address your medical needs. Health Matters: Stay up-to-date on the latest science and medical breakthroughs, care and wellness news taking place at NewYork-Presbyterian. With the MyNorthwell app, you can manage visits, connect with providers, access results, join appointment wait lists and more. Simply download the app and create an account to get started. Features: • Book, cancel and reschedule appointments. • Join our wait lists and get notified if an earlier appointment time becomes available. • Use eCheck-In before your appointment to save time when you arrive. • View test results and receive notifications of new results. • Manage and view summaries of current health issues, medical history, medications, immunizations and more. • Send messages to your care team or non-medical inquiries to customer service. • Grant account access to caregivers and providers. • View billing statements and make payments. Our app is integrated with HealthKit technology, which allows you to upload health and fitness data from other apps when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
