THE WORST APP
Every other day it doesn’t work. You have to call their basically useless people and you wind up always having to delete the app and reinstall, again and again and again. We have all others, MEVER a problem exciter NYP, unbelievable. They blame it on your phone, your WiFi , etc. but when you say no other epic, MyChart app has a problem, they’re silent. Last time we had very good person. but still had to do same. One more time and we’ll get CEO office involved.

Alert glitch
App unusable with latest alert I’m getting pushed, deleted and reinstalled several times and can’t get through the alert screen
Stuck at more features
My page was frozen at “more features!” It won’t let me get into the app. Can you fix it ?

App rendered useless
On my Ipad - The My Chart app says I have to upgrade to continue to use it. But it will not upgrade. It needs OS 18, and the iPad is iOS 17. I am caught in the loop where it keeps telling me to upgrade, but will not allow me to upgrade. The app is useless. In the meantime. Please fix this.
Can no longer update/use with old iPhone
I’m using a supported version of iPhone iOS for older phones (16.7.14) but new version of this app requires iOS 18.1 which older iPhones can’t use. I can no longer use the app because of this
App not backward compatible
New App cut off access of existing user unless they upgrade their phone. Now you are providing service to select group only.
How lucky can you get?
Just to let you know, this is about the worst site that I have ever been on and I have been on quite a few.

This app is not all that easy to use. Just now, looking for physical therapy, I couldn’t even find it.!
Voiceover Accesibility Failure
App crashes to home screen when voiceover screenreader is enabled on iphone 16 pro max with ios 18.1. App crashes to home screen, unable to use app with voiceover. Please fix ASAP. Issue occurs if app is open and voiceover is then enabled or app crashes if voiceover is already on when you open the app.

Update are prompt. Messaging should be an option . A space to request an update on admitted patient .

*Doubling down and commenting/emailing me that you no longer support older versions of OSX without offering any alternative isn't a good look. You have older patients who don’t have the newest devices. Are we all supposed to buy a new phone to use your app? Lousy planning for the future. A medical app should work with all versions to support all the people who are in the NYP network.*

Latest update causes the app to crash
After I updated NYP CONNECT PATIENT PORTAL APP IT JUST SHOWS A WHITE SCREEN FOR A SPLIT SECOND THEN IT CLOSES ON BOTH MY IPHONES. THIS HASN'T HAPPENED BEFORE.NOW I HAVE TO USE THE WEBSITE NYP.ORG TO ENTER. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

Crashes after last update
First it was Weill Cornell patient portal app that stopped working after its last update. Now the NYP only crashes when I try to open after its most recent update. I can't access my patient portal info with either app now. Plus I can't even access SUPPORT here. Nothing works except the option to write a review. So here is your review.

Keep it simple
Great easy to use app
This is one of the best examples in servicing the healthcare digital patient. One suggestion, it would be really interesting if when you are searching for a doctor, at any point in the flow when specialists appear the occupation title would active a “I should go to this Dr. If I have ….. so helpful since so many with have insurance that allows them to make appointments without referral.
