Once again overseas trying to use this silly app it has never worked since day one they struggle to support this app I’ll not bother again to use it
Your app doesn’t work
Can’t log into your app. It Doesn’t work! Total waste of time!

This has got to be one of the worst apps I’ve used 😕. Always doesn’t work at airports. Go figure.
Can’t join up
My details are all correct, my password has the required 8 characters, my birthday is correct and I have read the terms etc. I have ticked all the boxes and yet my ‘filled in data is invalid’. Nowhere to go really.

Stupid app
Stupid app, stupid programmer, even more stupid the guy who hired the programmer. Impossible to create account, states that input information is incorrect, without specifying what allegedly is incorrect, while everything is correct.
Should be zero stars
The worst app I’ve ever used. Unusable accepts my search but when item is selected it just goes into a loop trying to sell me something completely different. I’ve removed it and gone to Dan Murphy’s at least their app works!
Outdated stock list
Is not up to date with the stock I saw available in store.

I’ve tried a lot of apps with a similar purpose but this is by far is the best! Easy to use, highly informative and beautiful graphics!
Convenience to life
The Heinemann app brings so much convenience. No need to queue up as you can order and collect the order before you depart. You can even check what’s in stock… so good!

The app was easy and simple to download and had no issues signing up. Also efficient to navigate!
It’s Good
Before I travelled this month, I downloaded the app before leaving Australia. I found all the beauty products I needed and also saw there deals online prior to arriving at the airport! I l signed up at the airport & received $$ off of my purchase.
They updated the App and now is great!
This is a pretty cool App for Duty Free deals, noticed old bad reviews but downloaded anyway and pretty happy with it. Will use now that borders are open and os travel will kick on

Remains unable to verify sign up, with no email, Can’t proceed, useless.

Source your products elsewhere. Products sold here are marked up and are certainly not duty/tax free. DECEPTIVE and worthy of a complaint to the ACCC.
Cool product scanner feature
Downloaded the app and was impressed with how easy it was to use. App has this handy product scanner feature where I can scan the barcode of the things I want to purchase (with my mobile phone camera) and it will show me what the duty free price is. I can also purchase before I travel too!

Can’t get past sign up
Read reviews. Tried it anyway, doesn’t send the verification email. Checked spam folders etc. Ah well... delete. Next.
