독촉 메세지 계속 오고 결제버튼 누르면 에러 뜨면서 다른카드 등록해서 결제하라 뜹니다
카드 삭제하고 다시 등록해서 해보려고 했는데 400엔 안내서 삭제도 안되고 다른 비자카드도 없는데 답답해 죽겠네 진짜

False Advertising - Cannot Reserve Two Bikes with One account
I have a Japanese Phone # so I was able to register in the App however my fiancé does not so when we made our plans we explicitly needed a service that could use multiple bikes. We were very happy that Hello Cycle had this feature and based our entire day around it. When we arrived at the station and tried reserving the two bikes that were there, we were only able to reserve one and use one. Any time I tried to reserve the other bike I would be prompted by saying that I could not reserve it since I was already using a bike and would need to return it prior to reserving another. I was also using a credit card as payment for full disclosure.
The FAQ and User Help were also useless with this issue and we didn’t have all day to go through the troubleshooting help from the company. Due to the fact that they lied and we were unable to use their service as written, here’s a 1-star review.
All this to say, do not use this service if you 1) Do not have a Japanese phone # 2) Need to use multiple bikes with one account.

Phone number verification does not work without Japanese number
Make sure you have a Japanese number
Don’t bother
It requires an SMS code for verification and lets you choose your country code except it’s a lie, it doesn’t send you a code. I asked my Japanese friend to use her number which also never arrived. Eventually her grandma’s number worked so we used that.
Then came the rest of the signup process which was failure after failure after failure. Can’t find my Apple account, can’t accept my email, can’t accept my card. Eventually I gave up and just walked. I know Japanese website and apps are bad but this one took the cake.
Japanese phone and language skills mandatory
Thing is, all of the error messages were in Japanese and the after around 10 minutes of struggle, I called the return line - also in Japanese.
I read and speak just fine, but if I didn’t, I have no idea how I could have managed.
Bike itself was fine. Getting around was lovely. Return process was completely broken, and if I’d been in a rush, would have ruined my day. Ruined it a little regardless.

If you are a tourist forget about it
Poor Bicycle Maintenance Poor customer service.
I gave the company a chance to make it right, but they were obviously not interested in happy customers. I would pass a try a local bicycle shop.
