Latest app update
All functionality was great when I first downloaded app and started my membership. Now it shows I do not have a membership so I can’t freeze it yet the website shows I do have a membership and I am getting charged but I can’t see how to freeze membership on website

Doesn’t work
Downloaded this app to track my appointments, but it won’t let me enter my email, so I can’t even finish setting up my account.
Messaging in the app doesn’t work
I have been trying to reschedule my appointment on the app but it tells me that appointment cannot be rescheduled. Even messaging via the app is also an issue- I don’t see my messages at all and it doesn’t seem like my messages are going through. Quite frustrating!

Lot of options built-in. But unfortunately the chat barely worked without refreshing the app; now it doesn’t work at all.

I am not new to waxing, but I hadn’t been in a while due to personal reasons, so I was definitely nervous about the discomfort and possible judgment. But when I tell you Jasmine made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience she truly did! From the customer service, to the actual service itself, to her knowledge and professionalism, everything was amazing.
This visit was honestly a 10/10 and I highly recommend! Hello Sugar also has one of the best membership options I’ve come across, so be prepared to be sick of me because I will definitely be back lol. I’ll absolutely be recommending all my friends here!

Poorly designed
I do not receive notifications from this app at all. I referred my friend to get the credit. It says specifically “have a friend choose between a 20 dollar Brazilian 10 dollar underarm or 10 dollar brows”. I did not receive the credit because all of a sudden “the eligible services for this offer is a bikini full or Brazilian”. They gave me the credit anyway I saw it. Now I go to my account and it’s not there anymore.

Disappointed
The app makes it easy to schedule, however other than that it never shows my vouchers/coupons, and it constantly lags and crashes.
Ugh
I love that the app makes scheduling my appointments, very easy, but I have been having issues with being able to successfully redeem rewards on my app. Also when it comes to receiving notifications on the app., I don’t get any and my notifications are turned on. So whenever I have to use the chat feature, I have to click keep closing the app altogether and reopening the app in order to see what the rep response is. I am also unable to upload screenshots or any attachments in the chat feature.

“Skye” is the professional that helps clean me up! Since retirement hair started coming out, in my nose and ears. I guess since going bald, those hair follicles had to find a new outlet. With regular visits to Skye for help, my grandkids don’t comment, (joke) about my gross hairy areas!
