They won’t tell you until after your order is supposed to have arrived whether or not they’ll deliver to your address. if they don’t, you’ll only get a credit. beyond that, they make it unreasonably hard to cancel a subscription. not worth it.
Recent UI changes
Generally I’ve liked the updates but the recent one is really annoying when I try to filter recipes. On the home page I used to have options next to “ for you” such as premium, wellness, quick and easy”. Now they’re gone as of Aug 03 and I have to scroll through the homepage and search recipe details. This seems both deceptive ( in the case of premium) and annoying.

Missing items
It’s only my second order and an item missing from 2 separate meals. Terrible service. I’m considering cancelling all future orders.

Tried cancelling but had to go online to their website
Rude - awful customer service
I filled out my application, they called me and I told them I was planning on putting an order through but I wasn't sure if I wanted to right away and before I could finish my sentence the guy was rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, Would not recommend. I will not be subscribing after that.
