I’ve been using the AUB HelloMoney app for a while now, and it makes my daily transactions so much easier. The interface is very user-friendly, and setting up an account was a breeze. I love how convenient it is to pay bills, scan QR codes, and transfer money. Great job AUB!

I have been using AUB banking since 2020 where my loan proceeds are remitted to.
I have one for Pag-Ibig which I acquired in 2020 and now in 2026 I have a new one for my SSS. Thank you AUB and more power!!

Not doing what they need to do.
I sent money to wrong details and when i checked the incorrect details, theres no account for that number, meaning the money that got deducted should go back to my wallet quickly because theres no existing account on that mistaken number yet i waited for weeks til now they still haven’t resolved my concerns. No email no text regarding the issue which is super disappointing!

NOT CONVENIENT
Too often mag update yung app. Too often din mag maintenance. Hindi makakapag bank transfer pag malaki amount. Or minsan kahit maliit, ayaw padin. I have been a user since 2022, now ko lang na experience to. It’s not reliable to use if you’d like to pay through bank transfer outdoors due to some issues. Napaka inconvenient. Hindi din sila true sa binibigay na time frame for their maintenance minsa lumalagpas ng 2 hours before magamit after sa timeframe ng maintenance. EWN 👎👎👎👎

it’s either under maintenance or has a lot of issues regarding declining of payments
i’ve used this as my go to bank for my savings. but whenever there’s an automatic transaction it declines the charge or it does not let me transfer my OWN money. once it goes back i’ll refrain from using this bank ever again.
Why do you need to force location?
Why do you need to force location to be enabled? I should be able to use the app without being forced to enable Location data, are you stupid????

This app is very inconvenient and a hassle to use. Simple transactions take too much time and the app is not user-friendly. It causes more stress than convenience. Needs serious improvement.
For something that handles people’s money, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. It’s getting old, and clearly there’s been little to no improvement despite how often this happens. Do better.

disappointing cause I need to transfer the money asap andit's impacting my transaction which is frustrating.
Error message: "error debiting transaction amount" or"Unable to process transaction".Done switching from Wifito mobile data, reinstall app and account is active butissue still persists.
Just waiting for the app to let me transfer my remaining funds and will request for account termination and delete the app. I have already sent you an email but no one responded!!

I’ve been a loyal Hello Money user for about four years now because it used to be very convenient. However, lately, it has become more of a hassle. For the past few months, I’ve consistently encountered an error message that says, “Error in Debiting Transaction Amount,” whenever I try to transfer funds. This issue has made the app increasingly unreliable.

I am very disappointed this Apps I just transferred a cash to my account I want to transfer to Aub account for mortgage payment but when I am doing a transaction keep error and unable to transfer in multiple times. I would not recommended to all new users.
