Scammers again!!!!
Avoid signing up for this app. I never intended to subscribe, yet I was shocked to see a £79.02 charge. The subscription process left me feeling misled. Do not sign up it is totally not worth it.

Amazing app helped me on my journey to not be fat
App issues
App will not load at various times during the day. Try to use a recipe or log something and keeps saying no server. It is frustrating. Have tried everything from deleting and downloading, shutting off phone. Nothing helps.
Customer service was prompt and helpful
I didn’t really use the app so I canceled my account. There was some issues with billing and their customer service ended up helping me out. So for that I thank them. This review is on their customer service not so much on their app.
To many add ons
Give a person a chance to try the diet you confuse people with all your extras before a person even gets to try plan
Recipes
Some recipes have mistakes of amounts and spelling/ grammar errors . There’s also duplicate recipes. Would love if the app would calculate the total amount of protein fat sugar and calories for the day based on the recipes logged. Also if it had a calorie count goal for the day and suggested recipes to meet that goal would be great!!

Misleading app. Does not give you any meal plans. I want a refund.
Go with the Keto diet on the same app if you want the high protein plan. The other isn’t right.
It states that this is a high protein diet planner, but in actuality, it’s very high in carbs and very low in protein.

They charge my card without authorization. I am requesting a refund. I'll let you know if they do be careful people. Well just as I thought they charged me $105 now I just got on here and it said what $39 for the month. Cancel as fast as you can. They're not refunding my $105.94.

I signed up for a 4 week trial for $20. In four weeks I was automatically charged $105.94. I never received an email reminding me that renewal was impending.
When I cancelled, I was told I was too late to stop my payment as it had already gone through on their end. But, lucky, me, I still have full access until June 20, 2026.

Also, I was very disappointed in the meals they suggested. Greek yogurt with granola. Seriously?

You download the app, enter your info, and they want to sell you stuff. Don’t buy, they email you repeatedly to sign up and give you an 80% off offer. Sign up for one of those and then you get a zillion other screens for coaching and who knows what, by the time you get through all that you have to get a new password and the selling never stops. First recipe or meal suggestion is for amaranth, which I never heard of, found no place to enter what I actually eat. More email asking for more money. This isn’t help, it’s abuse.

I think this app is appalling.
These people did not make it clear that I set up a subscription and have now been charged a large amount of money which I didn’t expect. I dont remember setting up a subscription at all. The app isn’t very good anyway so I haven’t used it. DONT DO IT.

The app says that they have over 1000 recipes but when you put in certain food like beef or mushrooms, spinach, collards chicken salmon, each only comes up with like seven or eight recipes and it has food in there that you have selected that you don’t eat or you don’t like. You cannot access 1000 different recipes. Trying to customize it to your lifestyle specifically is very hard. Especially if you have food restrictions like I have allergies that I said that I was allergic to and it still included it. It added the coaching and 1 in 1 but wanted me to continually pay for other things that should have been included.
When I requested a refund after only 10 min just after trying to search foods they denied the refund saying I took to long and that just because the recipes don’t find certain things to incorporate or has items I selected I was allergic to I should still give it a try

Watch what you sign up for
I’ve tried getting a refund for a subscription that was canceled two months prior to the renewal date and I have an email confirmation proving it was canceled. I get no return emails and of course there isn’t a customer service number to call. Very frustrating!
