Production Values Rank Amateur

I haven’t upgraded yet… But dealing with the original work out, I am completely underwhelmed. The production values indicate somebody did this in their garage.
The app does not move horizontally which for an iPhone would make sense, the countdown timers are constantly been cut off so instead of hearing “3”, “2”, “1” - I hear “3”, then nothing else.
My advice - find something that they spent more than a few minutes throwing it together.

Great beginner app

Recommend allowing user to change amount of time in the rest periods to allow progression for beginners.

It's ok...

App is ok but the number of classes needs to be expanded given this is the paid version.

Great little app

Easy to use, great exercises. Would recommend.

Needs Improvement!!

Great exercises but the app does not have sound even though he sound toggle is "on". The example videos for each exercise pop up and need to be manually minimized each time during the workout. This app has potential but serious fixes are needed before I ever use it again.

Useless without the upgrade

Free app but you have to upgrade and pay to get any kind of functionality out of it.

Excellent!

You don't need wifi to be able to use the app

The video is clear

The clock/countdown is easy too see.

The two free workouts are challenging, but not extreme.

YOU GET TO PROGRAM YOUR OWN WORKOUT!!!!

Good workouts, pro problems?

The workouts are great and I like the idea of a combination of four different workouts. That's what set this app apart for me from the dozens of 7-minute workout apps out there--it looked like it would provide enough variety without becoming a tyranny of choice. My biggest complaint is that the upgrade to pro isn't working. I liked the first two workouts so much I bought the upgrade, but the app won't reflect that. The other two workouts are still locked despite trying to repurchase, delete and restore, etc. I tried selecting "feedback/get help" within the app and it just crashes the app. Going to app support through the App Store takes me to a website with info about the app but no easy contact for support. It's only $2.99, but that's really frustrating.
