Lots of bugs.
Been using Hive for a few years. I picked it because they have integrated chat. That’s the best feature….but it’s a super buggy platform and they don’t seem to care about fixing the issues. The main issue I’ve always had is inconsistent notifications. Desktop notifications never work. Mobile notifications sometimes work but usually not. As off this comment it’s been a month since they last worked.
Whenever I reach out to support they act like it’s on my end even though my entire team experiences the same problem. I’m not sure how much longer I can use Hive based on this.

Doesn’t boot anymore
This app hasn’t been able to boot up successfully for me for nearly a year. What’s going on?
Mobile App not opening
Lately I am finding that the mobile app does not open for me nor am I promoted for lost/new password. This sucks because am not able to produce work on the go. Please fix.
Broken on iPad
Login page does not use full screen it shrinks to the top right corner. SSO login button does not do anything even after filling in email address, it lights up but is not responsive. Trying to use website just forces you back into the app which does not work. If that is bypassed by using an SSO URL the website does not work either, actions do not load. Hive seems to just not want to work on iPad at all.

Broken again
Some sort of update months ago broke the main my actions view and it’s still not fixed. I doubt anyone at this company even uses their own app or else they would have noticed how broken it is. If you try and see all my actions, it shows some unsorted grid mess. This company seems to never get sorting right. Avoid this company and use Asana instead.
