Doesn't work well
Does not stay logged in to My Chart so if you accidentally click something you have to log in all over again. Also does not accurately show my location and is showing the farthest hospital and urgent care.

5 minutes video with a doctor was $365. My co pay was $234.78. None of this was disclosed before service.

The app is currently not working for me. Tried logging off and back on and reinstalled but nothing is working.

Provides easy access to find docs and locations plus MyChart. Could use a facelift though and tighter integration between different things.

What happened to Face Recognition??!
Last update eliminated face recognition, so now need to manually sign in…. why??
No print function?
How is it possible that you can access your test results and not have a print button? Download in pdf? Word at least? Then the option to share and it sends you to this useless website, which is so convoluted like the this app, where the print doesn’t even work properly. What year is this? What is in the developers mind? I would like to know.

Used to be much better
The old version of this app was much better. They went backwards with this recent update. It’s now a glorified web browser that doesn’t even have a “back” option that works properly. What a shame.
What happened?
Why would you guys stop supporting the app. Now instead of being able to log in it opens a browser that loads to other websites. The app use to be so convenient and well made and now I have to rely on a browser to look at my profile. This is disappointing to the highest degree. Why change what was good?
