Difficult to use.
This is the most confusing site. The old MSCC site was easy to use, intuitive and consistent. It takes me a very long time to find the items I need. It shouldnt be this hard. I feel like I need a Masters degree (which I have, and it’s not helping) to use this site. Please go back to your original site.

Awful App!
The original MSK app was wonderful, easy to navigate as a patient and easy to find what you were looking for. MyChart in general is awful - it’s a guessing game to find what you are looking for. I’d give it zero stars!

Too many repetitive requests to submit forms for follow-ups. If it wasn’t an accident when I got lymphoma it still isn’t.
CT and bloodwork
For the past five years memorial, Sloan has taken care of my every need regarding my lymphoma and testicular cancer. Not sure where would I be without their care, thank you so much for all that you’ve done and for that you continue to do for me. Your kindness and understanding always makes every visit less stressful. Thank you.
