Difficult to use.
This is the most confusing site. The old MSCC site was easy to use, intuitive and consistent. It takes me a very long time to find the items I need. It shouldnt be this hard. I feel like I need a Masters degree (which I have, and it’s not helping) to use this site. Please go back to your original site.

Awful App!
The original MSK app was wonderful, easy to navigate as a patient and easy to find what you were looking for. MyChart in general is awful - it’s a guessing game to find what you are looking for. I’d give it zero stars!

Too many repetitive requests to submit forms for follow-ups. If it wasn’t an accident when I got lymphoma it still isn’t.

For the past five years memorial, Sloan has taken care of my every need regarding my lymphoma and testicular cancer. Not sure where would I be without their care, thank you so much for all that you’ve done and for that you continue to do for me. Wonderful Portal
Updates are made frequently and timely. Great how all information is in one place and easily accessible. Visit notes are also uploaded timely
Redundant
In thirty days, I have visited MSK multiple times. I have had to fill out the same information each time.
MSK MyChart - easy and quick
It's unbelievable that you can be in the MSK Lab and 10 minutes later check the results on your phone. It's always so stressful waiting and MSK has totally eliminated that!

Very confusing to follow
Semi working app
I keep receiving emails from MSK telling me that I have a bill due. When I try to login from email, it won’t let me. When I try to reset my password and then sign in it won’t let me. When I go to the app on my phone, I can sign in with no problem, but the bill pay says I have a zero balance. But they keep sending me bills. See the problem?

What bill?
I just received a bill in the mail for $177.20 for two visits in January 2025. I went to the app and could not find the original. I usually pay my bills within 2 weeks of receipt. What is going on?
Poorly implemented
Some of the most frustrating glitches have been fixed after months, but others remain. For example, unlike MSK’s previous app, you have to go through a gauntlet of questions before every appointment even multiple times for days with multiple procedures. Additionally, the app still tells you to print out orders from the doctor and bring them with you prior to blood tests. MSK does not require this, but the app tells you to do this. Also if you click on an email generated by the app, you are taken to the website, where have to separately authenticate yourself, and not to the app, as other health systems that use Epic’s MyChart manage to do. MSK is a superb health system, so it is surprising that their implementation has of MyChart has been so careless.
