No riders available: inconsistent and unreliable
Tried getting a ride to get back home after a school club, but even at 3:30 PM (which is 2 hours and 30 minutes before service ends) no riders were available despite my pick-up spot and destination both being in the range of drivers.

Tried getting a ride to get back home after a school club, but even at 4:45 PM (which is and hour and 15 minutes before service ends) no riders were available despite my pick-up spot and destination both being in the range of drivers.
Useless app
All the time, after school around 4:30, anytime I use the app to go home it’s always saying no ride available, as I literally see a rapid ride car pick up someone.
Running late
I feel rapid should run way past 6, and it’s no way people cant get a rapid around 5 when ts closes at 6-6:30, thats just drivers neglecting people that have places to be.
